Do my points expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity, ie you do not earn or redeem any points within one year of the last time you earned or redeemed.
How Do I Maintain Tier Status?
Tier status is based on spend on a rolling calendar year. For example, if you hit our In Love tier on August 1, you'll need to spend another $250 within the next year to maintain In Love tier.
Can I earn points in-store?
Not at this time. You can only earn and redeem points by shopping on our website, www.flowervibejewelry.com
Is it possible for me to accumulate points by making purchases from your Amazon or Etsy stores?
Unfortunately, our stores on Amazon and Etsy do not qualify for the Vibe Program.
Can I combine discounts and points?
Sorry, we don’t allow code stacking in a single order. You can only use one discount code or reward point offer on a single purchase.
