What is your return policy?
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request! Click here to see how you can contact us. We are a small but mighty team so responses might have a light delay but we promise we are working on getting back to you!
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, Flower Vibe Boutique is operating from our homes. However, keep an eye out for upcoming community events we’ll be participating in. Stay tuned for announcements regarding a future physical store!
Where else can we shop your products?
Currently, our presence is focused in Western Washington, but we are fully dedicated to expanding our reach with stores, pharmacies, hospitals, spas, and boutiques nationwide! If you are interested in retailing Flower Vibe Brands, please get in touch with us. You can use our store locator to find a location nearby. We suggest calling the store ahead of your visit to confirm that they have our products available. Additionally, our items are also available on Amazon Handmade and Etsy.
Wholesale Questions
How do I become a wholesale customer?
All you have to do is submit a Wholesale Application here! Then, just wait patiently. We understand that this is the hardest part. We really do look over every single wholesale inquiry we receive, so we do ask that you allow 2-3 business days to hear back from us. When approved, you will receive an email from us welcoming you into our wholesale program. Once you receive the welcome email, you will see wholesale pricing when you log into your account. If you are in a pinch and needed your Flower Vibe Boutique order yesterday, feel free to reply to your account confirmation email and let us know your situation or give us a call 425.309.4406.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you shop with us direct here on flowervibejewelry.com, we have an opening order requirement of $200 or 1 filled display of any kind (even if it is under $200). For reorders, you have to order in our set case packs, no minimum otherwise. We do have other order minimums on Faire.
Can I get testers?
Yes we do offer testers & you can add them to your cart at checkout if you are purchasing a case pack of that item. You can not order a tester to try a product before buying. Unless you order at least one case pack of the product, we won't be able to fulfill the testers in your order. Let us know if you have any questions!
How do I contact the wholesale team?

Product Questions
How clean are your products?
All of our products are Paraben Free, Phthalate Free, & Gluten Free. All of our products are made with 90-100% naturally derived ingredients. Our Sugar Scrubs and Body Spreads are 90-93% Naturally Derived because they contain a preservative so that they don't get all gross immediately. All of our other products are made with 98-100% Naturally Derived ingredients. If a product is 98% Naturally derived, it contains a fragrance. We source our fragrances to be as naturally derived as possible but they are synthetic. They contain no phthalates!
Are your bath products Cruelty Free?
We never test on animals, only dirty humans 😉
How long are your bath products good for?
Typically, we suggest using our products within 12 months of opening.

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Shipping cost depends on your location, the shipping method you choose, & the weight of your package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a $75.00.
My package was marked delivered but it isn't here
We get that all of the time... We recommend checking with your neighbors first. If they haven't seen it, give it a couple of days. Sometimes the post office marks it delivered & then actually drops it off in the next few days! If it's been a few days & you still haven't seen it, please email us at hello@flowervibejewelry.com.
My tracking isn't updating or my package is missing!
We want to make sure we get your flower vibe boutique goodies to you! If your expected delivery date has passed & your package isn't there, we recommend giving it a couple more days. Sometimes it magically appears! If you haven't received it after a few days, please email us at hello@flowervibejewelry.com.
